Peterson & Associates, P.C. is looking for a dedicated Litigation Attorney to join their team in Kansas City, MO. This role focuses on representing clients in personal injury cases, ensuring their interests are defended throughout the legal process.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
  • Conduct thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages.
  • Handle settlement negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Draft petitions, discovery, and motions.
  • Prepare for and take depositions from clients, fact witnesses, and experts.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Handle trial preparation and conduct trials.
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain communication with clients.
