Underwood Law Firm, P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney with 0 to 7 years of experience in business, real estate, or family law litigation. The firm emphasizes a collaborative and mentorship-driven environment where attorneys can actively engage in client interactions and court proceedings.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage litigation matters from intake through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
  • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
  • Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and other litigation-related proceedings

Required skills
