Overview

Orbach Huff & Henderson LLP is looking for three attorneys to join their expanding construction and general litigation practice. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of litigation experience, and while experience in real estate or construction litigation is a plus, it is not essential. The firm offers flexibility with hybrid or fully remote options depending on the candidate.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle litigation cases in construction and general litigation
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
  • Collaborate in a supportive and mentoring environment

Required skills

  • Litigation experience (minimum two years)
  • Real Estate Law knowledge (preferred but not essential)
  • Construction Law knowledge (preferred but not essential)
