Duties include, and the associate will gain immediate experience with: Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, and mediations Drafting pleadings and motions Sending and responding to paper and electronic discovery Reviewing documents and conducting legal research Reporting effectively, timely, and professionally to clients Active participation in all aspects of litigation managementWe are a team-oriented firm as most of our cases require the involvement of multiple lawyers.
