Job Description: Litigation Associate to join our Casualty & Mass Tort Litigation Practice Group in either our Baton Rouge office. Key Responsibilities: Manage litigation matters from inception through trial preparation. Conduct depositions, draft motions, and respond to discovery. Collaborate with partners on investigations, case strategy, and trial preparation. Handle court appearances, client communications, and provide regular case updates. Build and maintain strong client and referral relationships. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of general litigation experience. Strong experience with depositions, motion practice, and discovery. Excellent legal research, writing, communication, and advocacy skills. Ability to independently manage a caseload while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Active and good standing membership with the Louisiana Bar.
