Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation documents. Manage discovery, including document production, written discovery, and discovery-related disputes. Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial-related proceedings. Develop case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys and other members of the litigation team. Communicate with clients regarding case developments, litigation strategy, and potential outcomes. Manage case deadlines, coordinate litigation activities, and maintain high-quality work product. Assist with settlement negotiations and other dispute-resolution efforts as appropriate. What We Are Looking For Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Active Virginia Bar membership in good standing. Approximately five or more years of litigation experience, ideally involving commercial litigation, business disputes, or complex civil matters.
