Overview

Walworth Cellars is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Sales Associate to provide exceptional service in their liquor store in Walworth, WI. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, focusing on wine, spirits, and specialty beverages, while maintaining a clean and organized shopping space.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service to every customer
  • Operate the register and point-of-sale system accurately
  • Keep shelves, coolers, and displays stocked and clean
  • Maintain store cleanliness, including restrooms and counters
  • Stay up-to-date on promotions, product placement, and pricing
  • Support customers with questions and make recommendations
  • Assist in building displays and organizing featured products
  • Communicate customer concerns and operational issues to leadership
  • Follow store safety and cash handling procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the team and follow management directions
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the store
