We've have a mid-sezed and reputable corporate client that focuses solely within the real estate market, advising developers and landlords on obtaining Low Income Housing (LIH) credits. This role is a transactional heavy role with absolutely no litigation necessary or desired. Requiring a minimum of 4 years direct experience in this LIH tax credit experience as a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with a NY bar or ability to waive in upon successful offer and hire. They have three (3) positions they plan to hire: x1 New York City Metro x2 in Buffalo, NY (Of Counsel and a Senior Associate ) The pay scale is as follows for base salary: 4 years of LIHTC is $155,000 5 years of LIHTC: $175,000 6 years of LIHTC: $190,000 7 years of LIHTCC: $200,000 7+ years: $200,000 to $300,000
