Pine Hollow Club is seeking friendly and attentive Lifeguards for the upcoming summer season. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety of members and guests in a positive pool environment, supporting daily operations and maintaining high standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor pool areas to ensure safety of members and guests
  • Enforce pool rules and safety guidelines professionally
  • Respond to emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as needed
  • Greet members and guests, maintaining a friendly presence
  • Assist with opening and closing duties of the pool area
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization around the pool
  • Report safety concerns and maintenance issues to management
  • Collaborate with fellow lifeguards and staff for smooth operations
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding concerns

Required skills

  • Current Lifeguard Certification
  • CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to remain calm in emergencies
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
