Marimn Health is seeking a Fill-In Lifeguard to join their team in Worley, Idaho. This position involves ensuring the safety of patrons in the pool area, teaching aquatic classes, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities

  • Perform swimming rescues and ensure pool safety
  • Enforce pool and Wellness Center policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patrons
  • Assist with administration tasks and maintain records
  • Instruct all ages in aquatic exercise
  • Conduct daily chemical tests as per procedures
  • Attend facility staff meetings and serve on assigned committees
  • Complete cleaning assignments and emergency response duties

Required skills

  • Lifeguard Certification
  • First Aid & CPR for the Professional Rescuer
  • Lifeguard Instructor certification (must be obtained within six months if not already certified)
  • Customer service skills
  • Manual dexterity for writing and data entry
