Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition: Life Skills Coach/Community Support AssociateCompany/Location: Kentucky River Community Care/Breathitt County Health & Wellness, Jackson, KYEmployment type: Regular Full-TimeCredentials: High School diploma or GED with one year of full-time experience working with individuals who receive services for treatment of a behavioral health disorder. Must have valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience.Special skills: Conscientious, Dependable, Good computer skills, Works well with other staff, Good communication skills. Ability to work independently.
