Description: Life Skills Coaches that are community-based assist individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities in accessing the community. The day is spent supporting an individual in all the areas of daily living as needed or directed by their plans. You have the opportunity to enrich and support another individual's life simply by being available and supportive. You will use your own vehicle to take individuals to a variety of activities throughout the week and work alongside them, teaching important life skills.We have different opportunities available for our Life Skills Coaches that are community based.
