Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time position in Chowchilla, California. Key responsibilities

  • Provide and document skilled nursing care under supervision of an RN in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
  • Continuously observe and assess patient condition, reporting changes as necessary.
  • Document all nursing activities, assessments, and care coordination in a timely manner.
  • Participate in implementing and updating nursing care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care techniques.
  • Comply with policies, regulations, and standards of nursing practice.

Required skills

  • Active LVN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on nursing experience
  • Experience with G-Tube and Trach care preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficient in clinical assessments and documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
