Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in a home care setting. Key responsibilities

  • Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
  • Continuously observe and assess patient condition and care needs.
  • Document all activities, assessments, and nursing actions in a timely manner.

  • Recognize and address changes in patient needs requiring intervention.
  • Educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care techniques.
  • Maintain professional accountability and comply with policies and regulations.

Required skills

  • Active LVN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • One year of hands-on nursing experience
  • Proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Effective problem-solving and communication skills
