Overview

As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent at TTEC, you will leverage your consultative sales skills to assist pet owners in choosing suitable pet insurance coverage. This hybrid role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while educating clients about their options and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

  • Initiate sales calls to prospective and existing customers regarding pet insurance
  • Clearly explain coverage options, benefits, and key details to customers
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend insurance plans
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional or alternative coverage when appropriate
  • Guide customers through the application and enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain complete and current CRM records
  • Stay informed about product offerings and regulatory changes

Required skills

  • Active Property and Casualty Producer License
  • 1-3 years in pet insurance or related sales roles
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience

  • Consultative sales expertise
