Overview

TTEC is seeking a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent for a hybrid role based in Tempe, AZ. This position requires a passion for helping pet owners make informed insurance decisions while providing a consultative sales approach. You will serve as a trusted advocate for pet insurance, guiding customers through enrollment and addressing their needs with empathy and expertise.

Key responsibilities

  • Initiate consultative sales calls to customers interested in pet insurance
  • Clearly explain coverage options and benefits to customers
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable insurance plans
  • Guide customers through the application and enrollment process
  • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Stay informed about product offerings and regulatory changes

Required skills

  • Active Property and Casualty Producer License
  • 1-3 years in pet insurance or related sales roles
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience
