Overview

As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent at TTEC, you'll be part of a hybrid team in Tempe, AZ, dedicated to helping pet owners find the right insurance coverage for their needs. This role combines consultative sales with a strong commitment to customer service, guiding clients through the insurance process with empathy and expertise.

Key responsibilities

  • Initiate consultative sales calls to prospective and existing customers interested in pet insurance
  • Clearly explain coverage options, benefits, and key details to customers
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify suitable insurance plans
  • Recommend additional or alternative coverage through upselling and cross-selling
  • Guide customers through the application and enrollment process
  • Ensure information accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Follow up with leads and maintain updated CRM records
  • Stay informed about product offerings, industry developments, and regulatory changes

Required skills

  • Active Property and Casualty Producer License
  • 1-3 years in pet insurance, property and casualty insurance support and sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience
  • Consultative sales
  • Customer service experience
  • Regulatory compliance knowledge
