Overview

As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent at TTEC, you will work remotely and help customers resolve their insurance inquiries. You will play a key role in enhancing customer experiences by addressing escalated issues and potentially upselling products, all while contributing to a supportive company culture that values employee development and well-being.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers
  • Resolve escalated or complex calls from customers
  • Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed

Required skills

  • Active Property and Casualty License
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Computer experience
  • Ability to explain product or service knowledge
  • High-speed internet connection
