Overview

As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent at TTEC, you will work remotely and be responsible for providing exceptional service by resolving complex customer inquiries and offering product consultation. This role is part of a supportive team that values human connection and professional development.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to resolve customer issues
  • Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed
  • Maintain integrity in protecting customer privacy

Required skills

  • Active Property and Casualty License
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Computer experience
  • Smartphone or device running iOS or Android
  • High-speed internet connection (> 25 mbps)
