Overview

As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent at TTEC, you'll work remotely and play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences by resolving issues and providing product consultations with care. Key responsibilities

  • Resolve escalated or complex customer calls
  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customer inquiries
  • Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed

Required skills

  • Active Property and Casualty License
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer experience with high-speed internet
  • Ability to explain product knowledge while maintaining privacy
  • Smart phone or device running IOS or Android
