Overview

As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent at TTEC, you will work remotely to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving escalated and complex inquiries. This role is centered around helping customers with product consultations and issue resolution, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customer issues
  • Resolve escalated or complex calls
  • Upsell products or services to existing customers when necessary

Required skills

  • Active Property and Casualty License
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Computer proficiency
  • High-speed internet connection (> 25 mbps)
  • Smartphone or device running IOS or Android
