Overview

TTEC is seeking a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to work remotely in the USA. In this role, you will help customers by resolving escalated calls and improving their experience with the company. You will be responsible for consulting on products, conducting research to address customer inquiries, and potentially upselling products or services.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to resolve customer issues
  • Consult on products with compassion
  • Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed

Required skills

  • Active Property and Casualty License
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to apply product knowledge while maintaining privacy
  • Computer proficiency
  • High speed internet access (> 25 mbps)
  • Smartphone or device running IOS or Android
