As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent at TTEC, you will work remotely to enhance customer experiences by addressing complex inquiries and providing product consultations with compassion. Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming communications from customers

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
