Overview

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Care Options for Kids, you will provide focused, one-on-one care to pediatric patients in a home health setting in Florida. This role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships and offers a supportive work environment with the backing of registered nurses and clinical leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home
  • Work closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership
  • Develop meaningful relationships with patients
  • Follow clear plans of care with RN oversight
  • Utilize an easy-to-use employee portal for scheduling
  • Participate in training opportunities and CEU credits

Required skills

  • Current active Florida LPN license
  • Current BLS CPR card (in-person)
  • TB Skin Test or TB Blood Test
  • Alzheimer's training (2 Hour DOEA Approved Course)
  • Patient care experience in pediatric nursing
  • Home health care knowledge
