Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical and mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that align with their personal goals.Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, to effectively assist individuals, couples, and families.Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating a safe space for dialogue around prevalent mental health issues.Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate client care and ensure an integrated approach to treatment.Offer immediate crisis intervention services, effectively managing mental health emergencies to provide stability and reassurance to patients.Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and relevant community resources to enhance their understanding and facilitate informed decision-making.Maintain meticulous records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure accurate documentation.Engage in continuous professional development through team meetings, case consultations, and staying updated with the latest advancements in mental health therapy.
