Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year A bit about us: We are a growing wealth management and financial planning team overseeing approximately $870 million in client assets. Our organization includes six financial advisors and 14 support professionals who work together to provide comprehensive, personalized financial guidance. Our philosophy centers on advice, planning, and long-term client relationships. We help individuals, families, and business owners navigate investment decisions, retirement planning, tax efficiency, and other complex financial considerations. Our paraplanners play an essential role in this process. By developing financial plans, organizing client information, and working closely with advisors, they help ensure clients receive thoughtful, accurate, and coordinated financial guidance. We value collaboration, professional development, and a team-first mentality. We are looking for someone who enjoys both the technical side of financial planning and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' financial lives. Why join us? A planning-first approach. Focus on delivering meaningful financial advice, including retirement planning, investment strategy, and tax-efficient wealth management, rather than product-driven sales. An established client base. Step into a meaningful advisory role with existing client relationships and opportunities to deepen those relationships over time. Collaborative team environment. Work alongside experienced advisors, dedicated paraplanners, administrative professionals, and operations staff. Our shared-service model allows advisors to focus on clients and financial planning rather than administrative tasks or trade execution. Attractive compensation. Earn a competitive base salary, performance-based bonuses, and additional profit sharing. Compensation recognizes contributions to new asset growth, financial planning, recurring revenue, and the success of the broader team. Business development opportunities. Benefit from internal referral opportunities, including relationships connected to tax and accounting services, with additional business development initiatives planned for 2027. Professional growth and mentorship. Collaborate with senior advisors and leadership, participate in regular advisor meetings, and continue developing your financial planning expertise in a supportive environment. Work-life balance. Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with no expectation of building a practice in isolation or managing every operational detail independently.
