Overview

Worxweb Solutions is partnering with a health insurance company in Boca Raton, Florida, to hire Licensed Medicare Sales Agents. This role focuses on educating Medicare beneficiaries about their coverage options and guiding them through the enrollment process without the pressure of cold calling, as all leads are inbound.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from Medicare beneficiaries interested in coverage options
  • Educate prospects on Medicare Advantage plans and available benefits
  • Conduct needs-based consultations and enroll eligible individuals
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the enrollment process
  • Follow CMS and carrier compliance guidelines at all times
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Collaborate with team leadership to achieve individual and team goals

Required skills

  • Active Health Insurance license required
  • Licensed in at least 7 states, including Texas and Florida
  • AHIP certification required prior to start date
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to compliance
  • Team-oriented and motivated to hit individual production goals
  • Prior Medicare sales experience is a plus
