This is a salaried, in-house position, not contract or per-job. You will handle day-to-day service requests as well as planned capital projects: service upgrades, rewires, panel and circuit work, appliance circuits, and efficiency upgrades. Responsibilities: Diagnose and complete day-to-day electrical maintenance requests across our properties.
