Overview

The Licensed Escrow Officer at Prosperity Title and Escrow will play a pivotal role in managing and closing residential and commercial title transactions. Key responsibilities

  • Manage and close a pipeline of residential and commercial title transactions from open to funding
  • Interpret and execute buyer, seller, and lender instructions with precision
  • Order and review title commitments, clear title issues, and prepare title and escrow documents
  • Coordinate and conduct seamless closings, including final disbursements and recordings
  • Provide top-tier client experiences for customers, agents, lenders, and partners
  • Act as a trusted resource for realtors and loan officers, supporting their growth and success
  • Attend and engage in in-house agent events, trainings, and outreach to drive business
  • Build and grow a loyal network of real estate professionals through proactive outreach
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations

Required skills

  • 3+ years of escrow/title experience
  • Licensed Escrow Officer in TX (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong grasp of the full closing process
  • Relationship-building and leadership skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple files and problems efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in title software systems (e.g. Qualia certification is a plus, GSuite, GMail)
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Must be a Notary Public
