Overview

Talkspace is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) for a remote, part-time position. This role allows independent therapists to provide mental health care flexibly, without caseload requirements, while benefiting from Talkspace's support in client referrals and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide mental health care through live sessions or asynchronous messaging
  • Manage cases and write client notes using the Talkspace app
  • Schedule appointments at convenient times for both therapist and clients
  • Utilize AI tools for session preparation and documentation
  • Engage with new clients to earn bonuses

Required skills

  • Independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT)
  • Individual professional malpractice liability insurance
  • Individual NPI and CAQH numbers
  • Experience working with diverse client groups (teens, couples, military members) is a bonus
