Overview

The Licensed Clinical Program Director at Health Connect America leads the development and management of behavioral health programs within a designated region. This role encompasses clinical leadership, operational management, and strategic planning while ensuring compliance with various regulatory and accreditation standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the development and growth of behavioral health programs in the region
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train staff
  • Provide clinical and operational supervision
  • Ensure compliance with state regulatory bodies and payer requirements
  • Manage regional budget and financials
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources

Required skills

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Fully licensed therapist in Ohio (LISW, LPCC, or LIMFT)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in community-based settings
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in program development and strategic planning
