Rula Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) to join their remote team in Maryland. This role allows clinicians to focus on providing high-quality care while Rula manages marketing and administrative responsibilities. Providers have complete autonomy over their schedules and no minimum caseload is required.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth therapy to clients, couples, and families
  • Complete administrative tasks related to client care and documentation
  • Participate in case consultations and office hours
  • Engage in continuous professional development and clinical excellence initiatives

Required skills

  • Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) credential
  • Experience in telehealth services
  • Knowledge of case management and therapeutic techniques
  • Client assessment and crisis intervention skills
  • Valid NPI and Maryland licensure
