Job Description

Overview

Sevita is seeking a part-time Licensed Behavioral Consultant (LBS) in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania, to provide behavioral health services to children and families. The role involves creating treatment plans and interventions tailored for children with various behavioral challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD, while collaborating closely with families.

Key responsibilities

  • Design treatment plans and behavioral interventions by gathering and analyzing data
  • Function as the Lead member of the Multidisciplinary Treatment Team
  • Consult with parents and other team members regularly and provide therapeutic programming materials
  • Maintain appropriate and timely communication with family and agencies responsible for youth's treatment
  • Complete all documentation including treatment planning, progress notes, and periodic assessments
  • Actively participate in planning aftercare and discharge services
  • Attend peer review

Required skills

  • LBS, LBA, LPC, LSW, LCSW, BSL, LMFT licensure
  • Minimum of one year of relevant ABA experience
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills
