Licensed Assistant Living DirectorPark View Assisted Living and Lake Ridge Assisted Living, two Cassia Communities, are hiring a Licensed Assistant Living Director (LALD) to lead our assisted living and memory care campuses! This is a rare and unique opportunity to oversee two communities just steps apart, working alongside dedicated teams to deliver exceptional care and service.In this dual-campus leadership role, you'll manage daily operations, supervise approximately 65 staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate closely with the Directors of Health Services. We're seeking a Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) with strong leadership skills, regulatory knowledge, and a passion for serving older adults.Position Type: Full-Time. Will float between both sites, Lake Ridge Assisted Living and Park View Assisted Living. Wage Range: $85,000 to $105,000 depending on experience.Park View Assisted Living Address: 613 Montrose Blvd, Buffalo, MN 55313. Lake Ridge Assisted Living Address: 310 Lake Blvd S, Buffalo, MN 55313.Licensed Assistant Living Director Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations of two senior housing buildings located across the street from each other that have assisted living and memory care living options for aging adults at Park View (46 apartments) and Lake Ridge Manor (26 apartments).Responsible for forming a collaborative dyad partnership with the Director of Health Services.Display an understanding of confidentiality for resident information and vulnerable adult issues.Oversee the facility financial performance.Maintain and manage state and federal regulations to ensure compliance.Maintain on-going liaison relationship with the greater Buffalo community to enhance the campus' existence.Work with Activities Director to coordinate recreational/social activities.Supervise a staff of approximately 65 people.Licensed Assistant Living Director Qualifications:BA or BS degree in Health, Gerontology or Business Administration required.Must be a Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD).Previous experience in business management, emphasis on property management preferred.1-2 years staff supervisory experience preferred.Understanding of the comprehensive home care rules and regulations a must.Cassia Benefits:Competitive Pay with experience-based raises.Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) & 403(b)/401(k) with Employer Match.Comprehensive Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance) for Full-Time Employees.Tuition Assistance & Student Loan Forgiveness (site-specific).Collaborative and Inclusive Work Culture.Longevity Recognition, Paid Volunteer Time, and Mentorship Programs.Employee Assistance Program with free confidential counseling/coaching for self and family members.The loving professional care provided to our residents has earned Park View Assisted Living (46-beds) and Lake Ridge Assisted Living (27-beds) many honors.
