Licensed Assistant Living DirectorPark View Assisted Living and Lake Ridge Assisted Living, two Cassia Communities, are hiring a Licensed Assistant Living Director (LALD) to lead our assisted living and memory care campuses! This is a rare and unique opportunity to oversee two communities just steps apart, working alongside dedicated teams to deliver exceptional care and service.In this dual-campus leadership role, you'll manage daily operations, supervise approximately 65 staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate closely with the Directors of Health Services. We're seeking a Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) with strong leadership skills, regulatory knowledge, and a passion for serving older adults.Position Type: Full-Time. Will float between both sites, Lake Ridge Assisted Living and Park View Assisted Living. Wage Range: $85,000 to $105,000 depending on experience.Park View Assisted Living Address: 613 Montrose Blvd, Buffalo, MN 55313.
