Overview

Rafaeli Law PLLC is seeking a Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist for their personal injury law firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The role focuses on converting incoming calls into signed clients, emphasizing empathy and professionalism in interactions with potential clients who may be in distress. Previous experience in legal intake, particularly in personal injury, is critical for success in this position.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to web leads quickly
  • Conduct full intake interviews in English and Spanish with empathy and professionalism
  • Qualify cases based on firm's criteria
  • Facilitate the signing of retainers during the initial call
  • Follow up persistently with warm leads until they sign or decline
  • Accurately log all lead, call note, and case details in the CRM
  • Coordinate with attorneys and case managers to hand off signed clients
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sign-up goals

Required skills

  • Prior legal intake experience, preferably in personal injury
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
  • Proven track record of converting leads to signed clients
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Organizational and detail-oriented capabilities
