Rafaeli Law PLLC is seeking a Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist to join their busy personal injury law firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role is crucial for converting callers into signed clients, ensuring they feel heard and valued during the intake process. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury intake and a compassionate approach to client interaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to web leads quickly
  • Conduct full intake interviews in English and Spanish with empathy and professionalism
  • Qualify cases based on the firm's criteria
  • Walk qualified prospects through the retainer and facilitate e-signing the agreement
  • Follow up with warm leads persistently through calls, texts, and emails
  • Accurately log leads, call notes, and case details in the CRM
  • Coordinate with attorneys and case managers for a smooth client handoff
  • Meet weekly and monthly sign-up goals

Required skills

  • Prior legal intake experience, preferably in personal injury
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record of converting leads into signed clients
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with intake CRMs and e-signature tools
