Overview

Siegfried Rivera PA is seeking a Legal Assistant for its community association law practice located in Coral Gables, Miami. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment, with responsibilities that include drafting documents and managing client communications.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to multiple attorneys
  • Draft letters, meeting packages, amendments, addendums, and agreements
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls
  • Perform conflict checks and manage opening and closing of matters
  • Maintain communication with supervising attorneys and clients
  • Conduct corporate searches and navigate State and DBPR websites
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files
  • Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Microsoft Word
  • Ability to proofread legal documents
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Familiarity with community association (HOA/condominium) law
  • Experience conducting title searches
