Overview

Levco Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join their team at a 160-unit apartment community in Virginia Beach, VA. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with experience in the apartment management industry who are looking to advance their careers within a supportive and growth-oriented company.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up on leads
  • Conduct tours of the apartments
  • Assist with developing marketing plans and posting advertisements
  • Process rental applications and execute leases
  • Manage move-ins and move-outs
  • Process maintenance requests and work orders
  • Perform administrative and property management tasks as assigned

Required skills

  • 1+ year experience in the apartment management industry
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
