Overview

Levco Management LLC is seeking a motivated Leasing Specialist for their 716-unit apartment community in Chesterfield, VA. This role involves multi-tasking and providing exceptional customer service while working in a supportive team environment focused on employee growth and community impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Responding to leasing inquiries and touring apartments
  • Assisting in developing marketing plans and posting advertisements
  • Processing rental applications, executing leases, and collecting deposits
  • Managing move-ins and move-outs
  • Processing maintenance requests and work orders
  • Completing administrative and property management tasks as assigned

Required skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in the apartment management industry
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
