Overview

Levco Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist for their 716-unit apartment community in North Chesterfield, VA. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with experience in the apartment management industry who are looking to grow within a supportive company that values team development and employee success.

Key responsibilities

  • Responding to leasing inquiries and following up on leads
  • Touring apartments for prospective tenants
  • Assisting with the development of marketing plans and advertising
  • Processing rental applications, executing leases, and collecting deposits
  • Managing move-ins and move-outs
  • Processing maintenance requests and work orders
  • Assisting with administrative and property management tasks as assigned

Required skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in the apartment management industry
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
