Overview

Levco Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist for a 716-unit apartment community in North Chesterfield, VA. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with experience in apartment management who is looking to advance their career within a supportive and growing company.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up on leads
  • Tour apartments with prospective tenants
  • Assist in developing marketing plans and posting advertisements
  • Process rental applications, execute leases, and collect deposits
  • Manage move-ins and move-outs
  • Process maintenance requests and work orders
  • Perform other administrative and property management tasks as assigned

Required skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in the apartment management industry
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
