Overview

Levco Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist for a 465-unit apartment community in Hampton, VA. The ideal candidate should have experience in the apartment industry or retail sales and be interested in developing their career within property management.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up on leads
  • Tour apartments with prospective tenants
  • Assist in developing marketing plans and posting advertisements
  • Process rental applications and execute leases
  • Collect deposits and manage move-ins and move-outs
  • Process maintenance requests and work orders
  • Assist with various administrative and property management tasks

Required skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in apartment management or retail sales
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Knowledge of Yardi and CRM systems
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
