Overview

Levco Management LLC is seeking a motivated Leasing Specialist for a 465-unit apartment community in Hampton, VA. The role requires a strong candidate with experience in the apartment industry or related fields, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Responding to leasing inquiries and following up on leads
  • Touring apartments with potential renters
  • Assisting with developing marketing plans and posting advertisements
  • Processing rental applications and executing leases
  • Collecting deposits and managing move-ins and move-outs
  • Processing maintenance requests and work orders
  • Performing other administrative and property management tasks as assigned

Required skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in apartment management or related fields
  • Retail sales or hospitality experience is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Knowledge of Yardi and CRM systems
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
