Overview

Levco Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist for a 651-unit apartment community in Richmond, Virginia. The ideal candidate is motivated, customer-oriented, and ready to contribute to a team-oriented culture that emphasizes professional growth and community impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up on leads
  • Conduct apartment tours
  • Assist with developing marketing plans and posting advertisements
  • Process rental applications and execute leases
  • Collect deposits and manage move-ins and move-outs
  • Process maintenance requests and work orders
  • Assist with administrative and property management tasks

Required skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in the apartment management industry
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
