Overview

Levco Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist for a 651-unit apartment community in Richmond, VA. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with prior apartment management experience who is looking for career advancement within a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up on leads
  • Conduct apartment tours for potential tenants
  • Assist in developing marketing plans and posting advertisements
  • Process rental applications and execute leases
  • Collect deposits and manage move-ins and move-outs
  • Process maintenance requests and work orders
  • Perform administrative and property management tasks as assigned

Required skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in apartment management
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
