Job Description

Overview

The Leasing & Resident Associate at Mayroad serves as the main contact for residents and potential residents within military housing. This role involves promoting available units, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing lease documentation, and facilitating resident events while maintaining a close connection with the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Promote and lease available housing units to meet occupancy goals
  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents and prospective residents
  • Coordinate and execute resident events and activities
  • Manage leasing and resident management functions using property management software
  • Conduct home inspections and ensure properties are move-in ready
  • Recoup outstanding balances from former residents
  • Perform neighborhood drive-throughs to identify compliance issues

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience in property management or customer service
  • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., RealPage, Yardi, Entrata)
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic financial skills for managing residency documentation
  • Valid REAL-ID-compliant driver's license
