We are looking for a professional, dependable, and customer-focused individual who can provide an excellent experience for prospective and current residents while supporting the leasing and administrative functions of the community.Tax Credit / Affordable Housing experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with strong conventional leasing experience who are eager to learn affordable housing requirements.ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist prospective residents with a friendly and professional approachConduct property tours and showcase available apartment homesRespond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in personProcess rental applications and assist with required documentationPrepare and maintain accurate resident and leasing filesFollow up with prospective residents and assist with lease executionAssist with resident retention and customer serviceMaintain knowledge of community amenities, availability, pricing, and policiesSupport the property management team with daily administrative tasksEnsure leasing activities are completed accurately and in accordance with company and housing requirementsMaintain a professional and welcoming appearance of the leasing office and communityPreferred QualificationsPrevious apartment leasing experience preferredTax Credit / LIHTC / Affordable Housing experience strongly preferredExperience with income certifications, recertifications, and affordable housing documentation is a plusStrong customer service and communication skillsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeStrong organizational and follow-up skillsComfortable working with computers and property management softwareAbility to work independently while also being a team playerPrevious experience with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, OneSite, or similar is a plusWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is professional, dependable, organized, and comfortable working with residents and prospects.
