You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for prospective and current residents while supporting the success of our communities.Responsibilities Include: Building relationships with prospective residents by identifying their needs and matching them with the perfect apartment home.Conducting apartment tours and showcasing the unique features and benefits of our communities.Ensuring model apartments, vacant units, and community spaces are clean, inviting, and ready to impress.Assisting with lease applications, renewals, resident files, and other administrative responsibilities.Utilizing your marketing and sales skills to generate traffic through social media, outreach marketing, networking, cold calling, and community partnerships.Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with current residents to support resident retention.Monitoring local market trends and competitor activity through telephone surveys and site visits.Supporting the management team with daily operations and special projects as needed. What We're Looking For Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required.Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Reliable personal vehicle available for use during the workday.Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.Experience with Yardi Voyager or other property management software is a plus.Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening (including marijuana).
