Overview

The Sares-Regis Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant for their Ocean Creek community in Oceanside, California. This role is ideal for a motivated sales and customer service professional looking to advance their career in property management, with responsibilities including qualifying prospective residents and promoting positive resident relations.

Key responsibilities

  • Interview prospective residents to determine needs and qualifications
  • Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss amenities and lease terms
  • Qualify applicants by verifying applications and necessary paperwork
  • Complete lease agreements and collect rental deposits
  • Introduce new residents to apartment and property procedures
  • Foster positive resident relations to enhance living experiences

Required skills

  • 3 years of sales and customer service experience
  • Lease up experience preferred
  • Yardi and CRM experience required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Willingness to work weekends
