Overview

Sares Regis Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant for their Oak & Iron community in Walnut Creek, California. The role involves interacting with prospective residents, qualifying applications, and promoting a positive living experience in the property management industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
  • Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss features and available services.
  • Qualify prospective residents by verifying applications and lease documents.
  • Complete lease forms or agreements and collect deposits and fees.
  • Introduce residents to apartment/property procedures.
  • Promote positive resident relations to enhance the living experience.

Required skills

  • 2+ years of sales and customer service experience
  • Lease up experience preferred
  • Yardi experience
  • CRM experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work weekends
